Order processing and dispatch will only commence after the mandatory advance shipping fee of ₹199 is successfully paid and the order is confirmed, as detailed in our Terms and Conditions.

2.2. Dispatch Time Guarantee

We are committed to fast service. All confirmed orders will be dispatched from our warehouse to the Shiprocket.com delivery network within 24 hours of the payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed late on Saturday or on Sunday/public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect to receive your package within an estimated 4 to 5 business days.

  • This timeline applies to deliveries across our serviceable pincode.

  • The delivery timeframe is an estimate and may vary slightly due to factors outside our direct control, such as:

    • Courier service delays.

    • Unforeseen weather events.

4. Tracking Your Order

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Requirements

5.1. Payment at Delivery: The remaining product balance, excluding the ₹199 advance fee, is payable to the courier partner at the time of delivery.
