Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website of elevn11haze . By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. Agreement: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user or customer, and elevn11haze. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our related policies.

2. Order Process and Payment Structure

Our payment structure is based on a mandatory advance shipping fee and Cash on Delivery (COD) for the remaining balance.

2.1. Mandatory Advance Shipping Fee: To process any order, you are required to pay a non-refundable advance fee of ₹199 (Rupees One Hundred Ninety-Nine Only) at the time of placing the order. * This fee is strictly for covering packaging, handling, and logistics/shipping charges. * The ₹199 fee is for COD orders and is NON-REFUNDABLE, except in the highly unlikely event that the order is cancelled by elevn11haze due to stock unavailability or logistical issues.

2.2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Balance: The remaining balance of the product's total cost will be collected via Cash on Delivery (COD) by the courier partner upon successful delivery of the package to your provided address.

2.3. Refusal of COD Package: If you pay the advance ₹199 fee but subsequently refuse the COD package at the time of delivery, the following conditions apply: * The entire order will be deemed cancelled by the customer. * The advance ₹199 shipping fee will be forfeited and will not be refunded under any circumstances, as it was used to cover the initial shipping and return logistics costs incurred by the refusal.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Shipping Confirmation: Orders are processed only after the mandatory advance fee of ₹199 is successfully paid. You will receive an email confirmation once the fee is processed and again when the order ships.

3.2. Delivery Timelines: We strive to deliver orders within 4 to 5 business days. However, these are estimates, and Elevnhaze is not liable for any delays caused by the courier service, public holidays, or unforeseen events.

3.3. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from elevn11haze pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they are confirmed delivered by the carrier.

4. Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

We maintain a strict and limited return window due to the nature of our operations.

4.1. Eligibility Window: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 24 to 48 hours from the time the courier tracking confirms delivery of the item. Any return requests received after this 48-hour period will be denied.

4.2. Acceptable Reasons for Return: A return is only accepted if the product is: * Damaged: Received with visible physical damage (photos required). * Wrong Size: The size received does not match the size ordered (not applicable if the size ordered does not fit the customer). * Does not meet expectations: The product significantly differs from the website description (e.g., wrong fabric type or color).

4.3. Condition of Goods: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

4.4. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed only for the product value paid via COD (minus the advance ₹199 fee). Refunds will be processed within 24 hours business days after the returned item is physically received and inspected by our Quality Control team. The non-refundable ₹199 advance fee will not be credited back.

5. Product Accuracy and Liability Limitation

5.1. Product Display: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

5.2. Sizing: Sizing charts are provided as a guide only. Minor variances in sizing (within 1 inch) are not considered manufacturing defects.

5.3. Limitation of Liability: In no case shall elevn11haze , our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, exceeding the amount you paid for the product (excluding the advance shipping fee).
